To Lucinda, Chris, Anneka, Frankie, Eva, Anka, Hayley, Candra and everyone there!

I must start by saying a big thank you to you all for giving me my life back. I feel amazing!! Since the age of 14 I have suffered hair loss and in turn not lived a fulfilled life – but am now making up for it. You all have played a big part in changing my life and I will forever be grateful for the time and effort you all gave me.

"Lucinda" – you are truly a wonderful lady, I am so glad I found you, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and words of wisdom with me. You do deserve a big medal for what you do. I wish you all the happiness in the world you are amazing, I love you!

"Chris", thank you for your time and from making my experience so comfortable it meant a lot that you were so concerned that I was made to feel relaxed and not to panic.

"Aneka" – kind patient and understanding I hope you know how grateful I am to you for everything you did for me – you are truly blessed with a wonderful nice nature.

"Anka" – you made me feel calm and so content in what you do. I'm sorry for being a fusspot you made me complete and confident. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

"Hayley" – thank you honey for making me feel good about me again, you too are changing lives every day and deserve lots of luck and happiness in return. Thanks for all our laughs!

"Candra" – you made my return visit so very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you.

I must also mention "Sarah, Becky and Crystal" for a first-class service. It's so great having you all there to call on.

I described my first emotional visit to the studios as hair heaven for me, I now feel that I'm now finally living in heaven every day waking up to a new me.

Will forever be grateful to everyone at the studio for taking me through this amazing journey. I look forward to many many happy glowing years ahead with the help of you all.
